Prepare your B2B recognition process with control from start to filing.
Organise requirements, evidence, owners and open items, and reuse information your company already keeps in CompliGaming.
From certificate control to regulatory recognition, without starting over.
If your company already uses CompliGaming to track certifications, existing evidence can be reused in the recognition process.
- No re-registering documents.
- No duplicated controls.
- No new spreadsheet for the process.
- Traceability kept between certification, evidence and regulatory requirement.
The certification stays where it has always been tracked, with its expiry followed in the same place. If it expires before the planned filing date, the process says so.

For whoever prepares the supplier's documentation
Platform, RGS and content suppliers that must demonstrate operational technical capability, and the Compliance teams that gather this documentation across the technical, legal and finance areas.

Get ready before the final publication
CompliGaming lets you structure the process from the regulatory text available today and adapt the requirements as the regulation evolves. You can start preparing without losing the history of the process when the rule changes.
The process follows SPA/MF Public Consultation 1/2026, on recognising suppliers' operational technical capability, open from 04/02 to 23/03/2026. The text is still under revision and some requirements may change before the final publication.
Frequently asked questions
We already use CompliGaming for certificates. Do we have to re-register everything?
No. The certifications your company already tracks can be used as evidence for the requirements, and the company, group and jurisdictions remain the same records.
Does it work for foreign suppliers?
Yes. Documents issued abroad show the sworn translation and apostille pendency in the tracking, and a foreign ownership structure triggers the corresponding checks.
Does the process follow changes in the public consultation?
Yes. When the text changes, requirements are updated in a new version of the process, and what has already been prepared stays on record.
